Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • India: 5–12 Business Days
  • International Orders: 7–20 Business Days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

We may offer Free Shipping on selected products, promotional campaigns, or qualifying orders.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, Tynex cannot guarantee address modifications. Additional shipping charges may apply if the package needs to be re-shipped.


Delayed Deliveries

While we work hard to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Carrier disruptions
  • Customs inspections
  • Public holidays
  • High shipping volumes

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Tynex is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but subsequently lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.


International Shipping

For international orders, customers may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
